Sustainable Development Committee
On February 11, 2025, the company's board of directors resolved to establish a "Sustainable Development Committee" under the board, serving as the highest guiding unit for sustainable development, composed of five directors, including three independent directors. The "Sustainable Development Committee" shall hold at least one meeting each year to supervise and track the planning and execution results of the company's sustainable development, report to the board of directors for resolutions when necessary, and be accountable for promotion by the management team.
Sustainable Development Implementation Committee
To deepen the promotion of sustainability issues, fulfill corporate social responsibility, and strengthen corporate governance, our company's management team has established a "Sustainable Development Implementation Committee," chaired by the chairman and vice-chaired by the general manager. It includes four groups covering Environment (E), Social (S1, S2), and Governance (G), with representatives from each unit forming the implementation team. The committee proposes visions, policies, and management guidelines for sustainable development, while the implementation team is responsible for various sustainable development tasks.
2024 implementation status
Report to the board of directors twice a year on the execution results and strategies and goals for the upcoming year. Reports were made to the board on April 29, 2024, and October 29, 2024. The board provided suggestions on the strategies and goals proposed by the company and urged the company to implement them when necessary to ensure that the sustainable development strategy is fully integrated into operational activities. Report to the board of directors quarterly on the planning and execution of greenhouse gas inventory, with a total of 2 reports completed in 2024.
