To ensure the safety of supply chain transportation, Zhonghua Precision Measurement requires suppliers to comply with the relevant transportation regulations of their respective countries and regions during transportation, and to jointly establish a safe transportation management system. The requirements of these transportation-related rules are formulated according to the Road Traffic Safety Regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications of the Republic of China.

1.Pre-transport operation regulations
1.1Vehicles carrying dangerous goods must comply withRoad Traffic Safety Regulations第84條。
1.2Drivers are prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages or engaging in other improper behaviors that affect driving safety before departing.
1.3The inspection of the transport vehicle should include tire pressure./Patterns, fuel, spare tire, turn signal, wiper, coolant, engine oil, fan, belts, etc., and use four or five-phase diesel trucks to transport goods.
1.4During the epidemic prevention period, entry to the factory area must comply with our company's safety and health regulations. Suppliers should cooperate and comply with relevant epidemic prevention regulations. Those who cannot cooperate will not be allowed to enter the factory.
2.Operational regulations during transportation
2.1Suppliers should evaluate the driving routes, prioritizing those with fewer turns. If encountering curves during transportation, they should comply with road speed limits and slow down. The secondary choice is to shorten the transportation distance to reduce emissions that cause environmental pollution.

3.Regulations for Operations in the Factory Area
3.1Suppliers' delivery personnel must handle the factory entry certificate exchange at the counter before entering the factory.
3.2Contractor construction personnel please handle the permit application in accordance with the company's contractor management specifications.
3.3Vehicles should drive according to the ground directional signs in the factory area and comply with the speed limit in the factory area.15公里/hour
3.4Suppliers or contractors unloading goods should drive to the dock area. After the vehicle has stopped, wheel chocks must be placed. Please do not drive to other non-allowed areas to stop or park. The relevant locations for driving in the factory area are as follows:
3.5卸/After picking up the goods, please drive out of the factory according to the ground directional signs.
3.6Vehicles must stop according to the guard's instructions before leaving the factory and have their compartments or truck beds checked to ensure that no items related to the factory are being carried before they can leave.
3.7If you are a freight transport operator, you need to submit an application for item removal to the corresponding window of our company.
